Ford Mach-E 2024: New All-Electric Mustang and Redesign. New 2024 Ford Mach-E First Edition is coming to the markets this year. Its introduction caused a splash in the automotive world. The all-electric SUV continues to make an impression in every possible way. Now the news is that the First Edition versions have been sold out.
Blue Oval manufacturer never said how many First Edition models were built. All of the buyers had to place a refundable $500 deposits to account for a whole allotment. Interestingly, but you can reserve other trim levels as well, on Ford’s official website.
Performance
The upcoming 2024 Ford Mach-E First Edition will deploy two electric motors. Total output is rated at 333 horsepower and 417 lb-ft of torque. To compare, Select trim level provides less power and lower driving range. If you want ultimate performances, you should go for the range-topping GT trim level.
This version will produce up to 460 horses and 612 lb-ft of torque. GT comes with a lower driving range. Still, Mach-E GT accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in three seconds.
Trim Levels
Besides the 2024 Ford Mach-E First Edition, the electric crossover is available in numerous trim levels. Everything starts with the Select trim level. Moreover, the Mustang Mach-E model is available in Premium, and Carolina trims. The last two variants are Route 1 and GT. The First Edition version slots between Route 1 and GT.
Mach-E First Edition has been sold out, and it seems that this trim level is available in limited numbers. Ford will most likely continue to do that in the future. Interestingly, First Edition Mach-E will arrive first on the markets, before the regular model. As for the Select and Route 1 variants, the sales will start in early 2024. Mach-E GT should be released in the mid-year.
Mach-E First Edition 2024 First Edition Specs
As we already wrote, the 2024 Ford Mach-E First Edition enters the production first. Pre-orders are finished, and this trim level is sold out. Here’s what this model has to offer. Blue Oval will add some unique stuff, such as red brake callipers. Moreover, brushed aluminum caps are available as well. First Edition Mustang Mach-E comes with contrast stitching, leather seats and numerous chrome accents.

The interior offers some other upright materials and high-quality stuff. Accelerator pedals have been added. Blue Oval released some details on reservations. Interestingly, 55 percent of the customers went for an optional AWD system, while 80 percent of buyers want an extended-range battery. Standard battery provides 210-230 miles while extended one up to 300 miles.
2024 Ford Mach-E First Edition Price and Release Date
For a start, the base trim level called Select costs $44,000. On the other hand, GT is the range-topping trim level, and it starts at $60,000. The 2024 Ford Mach-E First Edition will start below the GT, and it costs around $55,000.
Edition arrives first, early in 2024. Interestingly, more than a quarter of reservations came from California. The rest of the trim levels will become available at some point during 2024.
